The Principle of Nebulizer
The PZT vibrating mesh nebulizer converts electrical energy into mechanical energy through piezoelectric ceramic transducers and generates resonant oscillation waves, then driving the metal mesh to quickly resonate and work. The oscillating wave squeezes the drug in the medicine cup, causing the medication to bounce out through the micro-mesh sieve on the vibrating screen membrane, forming fine inhalant aerosol, which are delivered to the inhaler through the mouthpiece or inhalation mask.
